Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We work to ship it out as quickly as paw-sible!

Shipping prices and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select. Before you make a purchase, our shipping calculator will calculate rates and delivery times available depending on the location details you enter.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a notification once your order is fulfilled to track your shipment and monitor its delivery status. 


Your satisfaction is important to us and fortunately, our return policy couldn't be any easier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, supplements, sprays, and ointments cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please review the following instructions in order to make sure that your return is processed correctly and quickly:

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs
  • You may not cancel orders that have already been shipped without a cancellation fee
  • Credit for returned items will be given within 10 days after Pet Worthy receives the item

**All unopened merchandise will be refunded for the original value of the product unless the original order had a “free shipping” rate, then the refund amount may have shipping costs deducted from the total.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Product (if applicable)

If you receive an item that is damaged and/or defective, would be happy to exchange your product at no additional cost to you. If you suspect damage upon delivery (for example, if the outer packaging is damaged), please note “Possible Freight Damage” on the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged upon further examination, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.

It is recommended that you look over your products immediately after receipt to ensure that the item is what you expected to receive when you placed the order. If there are any problems, it is likely that they can be resolved without exchanging the product. Please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please refer to the Damaged Products section directly above. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Pet Worthy, 44 Old Mill Drive, Toronto, ON M6S 4J9.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Returning Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to 44 Old Mill Drive, Toronto, ON M6S 4J9.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
